Expo-Sciences Europe 2026
18-23 October in Mantua, Italy

You can register yourself or your group if you meet the following criteria:
– You have a scientific, technical and/or environmental project.
– The participants in the project are between 14 and 25 years old, have started a research and/or experiment approach around one of these themes.
– You participated in a departmental or regional Exposciences in 2026.
– Your project group must be up to 4 participants per project.

Registration deadline: 15/05/2026
European delegations are limited to 50 persons per country. Registration will first be taken into account in chronological order and then by region (to allow for a minimum group of each region represented).
Travel expenses: 450€ per participant / 550€ by attendant
These costs include accommodation, catering, activities and on-site transportation.

How to get to Mantua?
Depending on the number of registered groups, we may consider renting a shared bus.
By Aircraft
– Verona Valerio Catullo Airport (VRN)
– Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY)
Paris-Milan (departure CDG) about 70€ R/A (easyJet)
Lyon-Milan (change to Frankfurt FRA) about 170th A/R (Lufthansa)
Toulouse-Milan (change in Paris CDG) between 140 and 190€ A/R (Air France and/or Ryanair)
If the landing is in Milan or Rome, you can reach Mauntua directly by train.
By Train

From Paris:
Paris-Milan for about 170€ A/R with Trenitalia (about 4 months in advance)
Lyon-Milan for about 110€ A/R with Trenitalia (about 4 months in advance)
Montpellier-Milan (1 change in Lyon) for minimum 220€ with Trenitalia (about 4 months in advance)

By Bus
– Mantova (Strada Cipata or any other city stop)

Languages
English is the official language of the ESS.
You must be able to present your project in English and to translate the posters and items on your stand. As a courtesy to visitors, you are invited to also translate certain elements into Italian.
The Expo-Sciences Europe is a non-competitive event. No rankings or comparisons will be made during the event.
Insurance
All participants must be covered for the duration of the event.
