Scientific Leisure Day 2023 returns on Thursday 27 April to the City of Space!

Registration requirements:
Tariff: 12€ / group of 8 children
Accessible to children aged 6 to 11
The realization of a challenge is a prerequisite for participation on this day.
Even if your approach is hesitant, start your adventure!
Day for leisure centres in the Occitanie region only. All other inscriptions (mothers, teenagers, individuals) must be addressed to the City of Space and are independent on this day.
Deroule of the day
9.30 am: reception and installation challenges
10h-12h: Track game and animations course City of space
12:00-13:00: picnic meal
13:15-14:15: Sharing challenges on the same theme
14:15-15:15: collaborative challenges facilitated by the facilitators who proposed the initial challenge
15:30-16:00: Presentation of collaborative challenges
16h-16h30: tasting and closing of the Day
Track game and animation courses City of space
The Cité de l'Espace and the members of CIRASTI, Les Petits Débrouillards, Léo Lagrange, MIGADO, Les Maths en Scène, Atelier Autour de la Lecture and the Radis Sound have prepared a track game to discover some places in the city! (the time allocated is not enough to fully discover it!)
Access to the Planetarium, Stellarium and IMAX are also provided within the limits of available places. The youngest children can also enjoy themselves at the Children ' s Base.
Meals
A cold meal is to be provided for each participant. The meal will take place outdoors or in a room after time. In order to minimize the impact on the planet, consider planning your meal according to a few sustainable development criteria for selected products and waste.

Coming by public transport:
– Lineo bus 1: Gymnasium stop of the Hers (500 m by foot from the City of Space)
– Bus 37: metro line A to Jolimont or metro line B to Ramonville, then bus line 37, stop City of Space
If you rent a bus, consider COBUSAGE to limit environmental and financial costs. We will tell you if other groups from the same city or area you are also registered for the JLS.
Eco-responsible charter
For greater consistency between the values defended daily by our structures and the organisation of actions on the ground, we are establishing an eco-responsible charter of the JLS.
You can help us in this collective and citizen approach by minimizing waste generation as much as possible both upstream and during the JLS, notably by choosing the materials used in your projects and challenges or in organizing your picnics.
