After three years of arrest, Exposcience was back on 17 and 18 March for this local Exposcience bringing together about fifteen projects at the Espace Georges Brassens in Sète (34). It was organized and facilitated by the volunteers of the association Sèt Children and young people were able to present their project to a jury of scientists, including this year's sponsor, Mr. Pierrick Labbe, professor of « evolutionary science » at the University of Montpellier and president of the jury.
A conference was also offered at the end of Saturday by Mr Labbe on evolution and its history in science.
We were present with Radio Francas to interview the children and young people from the CM2 to the 1st of Sète and Montpellier on their scientific project and you can soon find the online interviews on Audioblog.
On the programme: global warming, plastic pollution, earthworms, functioning of the heart, unconsciousness or land exploration and underwater with volcanoes, tsunamis or earthquakes!
We also had the pleasure of proposing to 3 young people from the association WITH Montpellier to participate in the next Spring of the Sciences of Fez with the program Mobisciences 2023 so that they could present their project on global warming and pollution.
